The fifth season of The Garfield Show began on July 3, 2023 and ended on January 6, 2024 though "Rodent Rebellion" aired nearly 7 years before on October 24, 2016. Unlike all previous seasons, after "Rodent Rebillion", WildBrain starts animating the series with all the cast members being replaced by Canadians except for Gregg Berger who respires his role as Odie though all the team still work on the show but with new members.

• Frank Welker as Garfield, a cat who loves eating food especially lasagna, sleeping, and hates Mondays.
• Gregg Berger as Odie, Garfield's best friend who can be dumb.
• Wally Wingert as Jon Arbuckle, a geeky and clumsy man yet caring owner, Jon owns Garfield and Odie.
• Jason Marsden as Nermal, a cat who calls himself "the world's cutest kitten" whom Garfield is jealous about.
• Corey Burton as Ratzo, an evil rat who planned to take over the world but failed.
• Laura Summer as Drusilla and Minerva, Jon's twin cousins who like to play dress-up with Garfield, Odie, and Nermal, which all of them hate.
• Stan Freberg as Dr. Whipple, a guy who sometimes likes to help others but other times, he can be working with someone else or be the main villain of an episode.
