Plot

Segment 1: Garfield

The forced isolation doesn't affect Garfield much, as he relies on food delivery, which eliminates his most urgent need to go out.

The local unsavoury characters also view the lockdown as a blessing, as they have more time to harass people in cyberspace.

One member of the Ku-Klux-Klan in Hick Town openly denies the pandemic regulations and attempts to set up an illegal distillery inside a public toilet. The Federal Police spots him before he attempts to produce the first batch of viral-infected moonshine.

Segment 3: The Comintern

Official statements from Moss-Cow claim that the COVID-19 is under control in Russia.

The truth is that only Sindri, her relatives from Chertovo Kolesyo, and Katya Kazanova resisted the virus, while the remaining members of the Russian Communist Party are down with the viral disease. Especially Dolt-on-Istov is suffering badly from the infestation, despite remaining conscious.
